Important Customer Information:

All pricing subject to change based on your project.  Price may be less or more, depending on volume, services
and materials used for your project.  We will do everything possible to keep your cost down and give you a speedy
turnaround on all projects.  We have two methods of printing:

1)  Digital copier reproduction - fast turnaround time, lower quality than off-set printing.  Great for manuals, B&W
newsletters, low coverage color, small color projects.

2)  Off-set printing - slower process, much better quality than copier reproduction - Perfect for high volume, quality
full color newsletters, posters and brochures.

We keep on hand your standard variety of paper stocks. Custom stock can be purchased and in house usually
within 24 hours.

We will archive your files at your request for future orders. We are not responsible for lost or damaged files over
time. We will do our best to maintain adequate back-up files.

We try to help catch all errors or formatting problems with supplied files or documents. We are not to be held
accountable for customer errors after the product has been produced. We often supply a pdf/digital proof or a
hard copy proof before running a project. Often the method of proofing is determined by the time frame we have
to complete the project. We often run on a tight production schedule and will produce your job, unless you contact
us and specify otherwise by placing your project on hold.

Scheduling and delivery of projects:
  •        We do everything possible to schedule and deliver your project to you in a reasonable manner. Delays
in proofing or making changes, will in turn delay the production of your project.
  •        We rarely run into mechanical issues. If we run into a mechanical problems with one of our pieces or
equipment, we will do everything possible to complete your project on time. If we are running behind on your
delivery, we will contact you and make sure you are up-to-date on production turnaround and delivery times.
  • We feel communication is the key to any problem. Please contact us at any time to ask how your project is
progressing or to find out when it will be complete.

We appreciate your Business.
Thank you,
Business Basics Printing
Tips for preparing your files!

* High res pdf files work the best in most cases.
Adobe Acrobat Writer - Program used to create a pdf (portable document file).

* Put your entire job with all of it's support into a single folder or directory.
(Don't forget to supply FONTS).

* When sending files electronically, compress them into a single archive with Stuffit (Mac) or WINZIP (PC). By compressing your
files, your transfers will go faster with minimal transfer errors and file corruption.

* Name your files with a unique and recognizable name. Please do not use slashes, dashes, spaces or any extrenuous characters
(&, ! , ?, #, %, *) in the file name.

* As a rule of thumb, you should not JPEG your files intended for high resolution output. Doing so can damage your files. JPEG is,
however, an excellent file format for web publishing.

* Please provide bitmapped images in either TIFF or EPS format. Other file formats yield unpredictable results.

* Color images must be saved in CMYK format in order to process color separate correctly. All RGB images must be converted to
appropriate spot or process color in order to color separate.

* Please DO NOT LZW compress Tiff files. Doing so can cause extra ripping time and may not be compatible with all software.

* When emailing or your job, don't forget to attach your archived file with your message. (It's easy to forget the basics in a crunch!)
